“Thank you Rachel and Andy. All your patience helping us to design our new kitchen is much appreciated. The service we received was beyond our expectations. We repeatedly asked Rachel to change small areas of the original design to help us make final choices and nothing was too much trouble. We asked for samples of doors on several occasions to take home to look at in our own home and again we felt our concerns were always understood by Rachel and it did feel like team work coming towards the final plan. We were very impressed with Andy’s visits to our home to double check measurements and to look into more detail at small obstacles to the plan like making the water cut of tap neatly accessible inside a unit. Andy showed infinite patience helping to achieve the look of a full length french door styled feature unit we saw in a bespoke magazine. Andy also helped to design and make oak wine rests inside a glass footed unit. We never felt rushed to make final choices and we were reassured that the joiner had an eye for detail. The fitting was the icing on the cake 😊. We were thrilled with the keen eye of the joiner and his experience .He too seemed to take pleasure in ensuring everything was fitted to the highest standard. It all looks fabulous and we are thrilled.
